Sandra Kay Brown Lutz
Sandra Kay Brown Lutz, 61, of Bridge City, passed away on March 24, 2017.
A memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 30, 2017, at Pinehurst United Pentecostal Church in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend W. W. Smith. Cremation will be under the direction of Claybar Haven of Rest.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesday, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born in Hattisburg, Mississippi, on February 25, 1956, she was the daughter of Porter Morgan Brown and Dorothy Evelyn (Wright) Brown-Sonnier. Sandra was a member of Pinehurst United Pentecostal Church for many years. She was also a caregiver for Ms. Hinson for many years. She had a big heart and thought about others before herself. She loved crafts, taking pictures, and gardening. She was very close with her father-in-law who recently passed away. She was a loving, loyal, and dedicated wife and had an unconditional love for her children.
She is survived by her husband of 17 years, John William Lutz, Jr.; her children, Leigh Barrett of Dayton, John Wesley Maness of Bridge City, Regina Conley of Bridge City, John Austin Hebert of Bridge City, and Johnna Kay Lutz of Bridge City; her grandchildren, Casey Gettings, Blake Guerra, Nathan Barrett, Michael Barrett, Michael Conley, and Morgan Conley; her four great-grandchildren; her sister, Paula Robertson of Vidor; her brother, Buddy Brown of Mont Belvieu; her niece, Brigitte Howard of Orange; and she is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
