Sandra “Sandy” Jane Bergeron, 67, of Bridge City, Texas, passed away on October 25, 2018, at Spring Creek Nursing Home in Beaumont, Texas.
Born in Cameron, Texas, on February 8, 1951, she was the daughter of Odell Percy Jackson and Ida Harriett (Reynolds) Jackson. Sandy loved her grandbabies, her children, playing bingo, and all things Halloween. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, writing stories, and collecting. Sandy loved all music, especially Barry Manilow. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Odell and Ida Jackson; her loving husband, Jimmy Wayne Bergeron; and her sisters, Carol Culp and Kathy Jean Jackson.
She is survived by her children, Anna Jane Bergeron of Bridge City, Jenny Ann Dixon of Orange, and Caddie Ida Ada Babineaux of Bridge City; her grandchildren, Chelsea Risinger-Trump and husband John, Courtney Dixon, Garrett Dixon, Reagan Dixon, Kera Bergeron, and Kylie Babineaux; her great-grandchildren, Carah Ann Risinger-Trump, David Wiler, Jr., and Mackenzie Wiler; and her siblings, Patty Murphy, Judy Robison, Susie Courtney, and Karen Markental.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Cremation is under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home.
