Sarah E. Hollifield, 73, of Orange, passed away on August 17, 2021, in Orange.
Born in Lacompte, Louisiana, on December 9, 1947, she was the daughter of Curtis Chevalier and Mildred (Goodman) Chevalier.
Sarah was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis and Mildred Chevalier; husband, Bennie Sherman Hollifield; brother, Ray Chevalier; sister, Millie Paul; and grandson, Triston Hollifield.
She is survived by her children, Elizabeth Hollifield of Colorado, William Hollifield and wife DeeAnn of Orange; grandchildren, Daniel Poffenroth, Tyler Hollifield, Travis Hollifield, Trace Hollifield, and Christopher Hollifield; siblings, John Maxie Chevalier and Sue Hayes.
Cremation will be under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
