Armando Segura, 62, of Orange passed away Wednesday March 23, 2011 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday March 26, 2011 at Iglesia Pentecostal Unida Hispana, 3901 Lewis Dr., Port Arthur, TX 77642; Reverend Jose Cabada, Jr. will be officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the church.
Mr. Segura was born April 26, 1948 in Laredo to Alfredo and Dionisa Delgado Segura. He moved to Orange in 1973 with his family where he was a landscaper and welder. He was also a member of Iglesia Pentecostal Unida Hispana where he was a Deacon and an Usher. Those who knew him will remember him as a man who never gave up, was always friendly and willing to help people out. He was a wonderful and loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.
He is preceded in death by his father, Alfredo Segura; son, Armando Segura, Jr. and brother, Orlando Segura.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Rosalinda Segura; mother, Dionisa Segura; daughter, SanJuanita Segura Gutierrez and husband Jesus; grandchildren, Mario Solis and wife, Yesenia, Felix Solis, Chris Solis and fiancé, Wendy Mendez, Jessica Gutierrez and Brandon Gutierrez and great grand daughter, Emma Solis. He is also survived by his sisters, Yolanda Arizola, Irma Casiano and Minerva Martinez; brothers, Pedro Segura and Guillermo Segura; sister-in-law, Irma Vega and husband, Norio and brother-in-law, Daniel Huerta and wife, Graciela.
