Shirley Broussard Arceneaux

Shirley ?Nannaw? Broussard Arceneaux, 75, of Orange, died Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 10, 2011 at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Keith Royal of Winfree Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Big Woods Cemetery in Edgerly, Louisiana.

Visitation will be from 5:00 ? 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home in Orange.

Born in Abbeville, Louisiana on December 22, 1935, Shirley was the daughter of George W. and Lucia Robicheaux Campbell. She was a member of Winfree Baptist Church, loved her family and especially cooking for them. Nannaw also enjoyed bingo, bunco, enjoyed traveling and later in life cruising.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 32 years, Gary Arceneaux; sons, James ?Butch? Broussard of Channelview, Wade Broussard of Orange; daughter, Debbie Broussard Helton and her husband, John of Orange; and step-daughter, Shelly Arceneaux of Orange.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, Nicole Helton Pollock, Jarred Helton; step-grandson, Ty Arceneaux; great-grandson, Gavin Pollock; brother, Minos Campbell of Huntsville, Alabama; and sister, Bettie J. Kennedy of New Orleans, Louisiana.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Ty Arceneaux, O.D. Arceneaux, Michael Campbell, Ryan Granger, Kellen Free and Andrew Barnes.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to the Winfree Baptist Church Building Fund, 19525 Highway 62 S Orange, TX 77630.
