My family and I saw the electronic billboard on I-45 N on the evening of 01/14/2024 as we traveled South from Dallas into Houston. We wanted to express our deepest condolences on the recent loss of Steve. He was well-respected in the office at Clear Channel Outdoor and left a lasting impression wherever he went with his down-to-earth and approachable style. Moreover, I'll always remember Steve as a devoted family man who spoke proudly of his kids and who loved dachshunds. It was also really cool how he was a fellow Longhorn too. Praying for God's peace and comfort for his family and loved ones during this difficult time. With sympathy, The Tran and Agustin Family

I was so saddened to hear of Steve’s death. We worked together for 17+ yrs- many of those as cubicle ‘partners’ at Patrick- Eller- Clear Channel Media- those were the days! I listened to tales of Julie and his growing kids, Matthew and Michelle. You all were blessed to be guided/ supported/ loved by such a wonderful, compassionate, intelligent man!:sparkling_heart: I have such fond memories of Stephen- may you all find peace in your own wonderful memories. I only wish I could be there today, Sunday, for the celebration of his life and to hug each of you! RIP Steve…In Gods loving arms:heartpulse: :balloon::latin_cross:️ Michelle Moore

I hired Steve to come to work with me at 3M National Advertising when he was selling Kebler Cookies as a young man. I knew he would be successful selling Outdoor Advertising. He was intelligent and street smart. A rare combination for a young man. He enjoyed working with me and continued to do so when I went into business for myself. He and I spent many a workday chasing all over the country building signs. He was a fine man, great father, and one hell of a sign man. Rest in peace. Julie, I was so sorry to hear this.
