Stephen Clay Edwards, 80, of Bridge City died Saturday, September 14, 2008, in Wells, TX.
Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 22, 2008, at Evergreen Cemetery in Orange. Reverend David Green will officiate.
Stephen was born February 17, 1928, in Orange to Stewart Thomas Edwards, Sr. and Kitty DuFrane Edwards.
Stephen graduated from the University of Texas, he served in the U.S. Army in Germany and lived in Mexico for 30 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Stewart and Kitty Edwards; sister, Ann Underwood and sister in law, Clara Edwards.
He is survived by his brother Stewart Edwards of Bridge City.
