Born in Beaumont, Texas, on June 13, 1974, he was the son of Michael David Myers and Jeanette Ann (Scarber) Neyland. Stoney had a heart of gold and was always down to help someone in need. He was a caregiver by nature and put everyone before himself. His favorite time was spent on the front porch talking to trees. Stoney was an avid animal lover through and through and would regularly name the animals he saw, even if it was just for a fleeting moment. He fed everyone who entered his front door and made it a point to love and nurture everyone he met. Stoney enjoyed mowing his grass and keeping up with his landscaping. He was an incredible soul and will be deeply missed by all who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Myers; aunt, Lois Alloway; and uncle, Dale Scarber.
He is survived by his loving wife, Dawn Myers; mother, Jeanette Neyland and husband Wootie A. Neyland; children, McCaleb, Ryan, Tye, Michael, Micah, Danielle, Jonathan, and Sarah; four grandchildren; brother, Richard Myers; and niece, Abigail.
Serving as pallbearers will be Tye, Jonathan, Michael, DG, Pete, Richard and Ryan.
