Tammy Martin, 55, of Orange, passed away on July 6, 2020, in Port St. Joe, Florida.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 16, 2020, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born in Kingstree, South Carolina, on June 24, 1965, she was the daughter of Clifford Ray Hyman and Donna Faye (Parker) Borres. She graduated from Little Cypress Mauriceville high school. Tammy loved spending time in her garden surrounded by her flowers, especially roses. She enjoyed cooking and having her family over. Tammy’s greatest source of joy was her family, and she held each and every one of them incredibly close to her heart, including her beloved Chiweenie Izzy. She loved redbirds and enjoyed attending concerts with her fiancé and spending time with her toes in the sand at the beaches in Florida. Tammy lived a full life surrounded by love and happiness and will be dearly missed by all those who came to know and love her.
She was preceded in death by her son, Sterling Turner; father, Ray Hyman; and stepfather, Michael Borres.
She is survived by her loving fiancé, Roger Tootle; her mother, Faye Borres; daughter, Ashley Broussard and husband Dylan of Orange; brother, Rick Hyman and wife Laurie of Orange; niece and nephew, Kenzie, Tanner, Brennon, Rylon, and Krislon; soon to be step-son, Clayton Tootle & Alexis Tootle; along with numerous other family and friends.
Serving as pallbearers will be Rick Hyman, Dylan Broussard, Tanner Hyman, Clayton Tootle, Brennon Lona, Chase Hogan, and Rylon Lona.
