Dear family and friends: You do not know me, but I wanted to send my condolences for your loss. From reading Thelma's obituary and comments from those that loved her, she will be missed. At times like this, it is well for us to reflect on God's word the Bible for comfort. At Acts 24:15, God assures us that there is going to be a resurrection of the righteous and unrighteous. That promise includes Thelma. God also promises that the time will soon come when there will be no more sickness, crime or death on this earth. (Revelation 21:4) These passages gives us a bright hope for our future because we know that "God cannot lie." (Titus 1:2) For more information on this subject, click or copy the following link into your browser; www.jw.org, select "Publications" and click on the yellow "Bible Teach" book. Scroll to the chapter "Real Hope for Our Loved Ones Who Have Died" and read it along with your Bible. As you do so, you will learn that the time is very near to be able to see Thelma again.
