Tracy Lee Waltrip, 61, was born November 12, 1950 to James Waltrip and Betty Jean Rose Foreman in Orange, TX and passed away April 19, 2012 in Beaumont. Graveside services will take place at 3:00 PM Thursday, May 3, 2012 at Evergreen Cemetery, 920 Jackson Ave., Orange, TX. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home, Beaumont prior to the 3:00 PM graveside service.
Tracy served in the U.S. Air Force from June 1970 – July 1972 as a communication technician. He was also employed in construction and worked as an electrician helper with his uncle.
He is survived by his son, James Falcon and wife, Michelle of Huntsville, AL; his father, James Waltrip of Cleveland, OH, sisters; Deborah Melancon of Beaumont, Athena Valdez of Vidor, Lorita Melancon of Vidor and Peggy Sonnier and husband, Oran of Carthage, TX; his brother, Charles Rose and wife, Nancy of Pt. Acres; two grandchildren, Christian and Anna Falcon and his aunt, Billie Sue LeBlanc. Tracy was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jean Foreman and his grandmother, Ruby Ruth Foreman.
