Tri Ngoc Nguyen, 67, of Orange, passed away on March 4, 2021, in Beaumont.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at Buu Mon Buddhist Temple in Port Arthur. Officiating will be Monk Su Ty Quan. Cremation will be held under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Wakes will be held on both Saturday, March 6 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, March 7, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born in Da Nang, Vietnam, on January 20, 1954, he was the son of Nguyen Quan Ho and Pham Thi Thoai. Tri was a hard worker and enjoyed providing for his family. He worked as a crabber for many years before going to work as a polisher for Cloeren Co. Tri enjoyed spending time at home surrounded by his loved ones. He was a wonderful father, a loving husband, and an amazing grandfather. Tri will be deeply missed by all those who came to know and love him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Nguyen Quan Ho and Pham Thi Thoai.
He is survived by his loving wife of years, Dinh Ngo; children, Thuy Nguyen Su and husband David Su, Thanh Nguyen, Lucie Nguyen and Andy Nguyen; grandchild, Darren T Su; siblings, Nhi Ngoc Nguyen and Xi Thi Nguyen, Kien Nguyen, and Si Nguyen and My Duong; and nieces & nephews, Thach Nguyen, Cuong Nguyen, Linh Nguyen, Tu Nguyen, Windsor Nguyen, Danny Nguyen, Michelle Nguyen, and Steven Nguyen.
