Troy Dean Phillips was born February 13, 1967, and passed away November 16, 2025 at the age of 58. Throughout his life he faced many challenges with strength, grit, and a quiet determination to push through. Troy never allowed hardship to define him. Instead, he met each day with perseverance and an unwavering spirit.

Troy had a big heart and a gift for working with his hands. He loved to cook for those he cared about, and he was able to fix anything and always willing to help anyone who needed him. His presence will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his daughter, Crystal Amie, and her husband, Kelvin Aime; his grandchildren, Rondrick Sillers Jr., Keyonna Sillers, and Anthony Umfrid; his father, Tommy Phillips; his brother, Chris Phillips; his sister, Stephanie Breaux; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who loved him dearly.

Troy is preceded in death by his mother, Varnell Phillips.

Troy’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be missed more than words can express.
