Tyler Joseph Hryhorchuk, 20, of Orange, Texas, passed away on August 21, 2018.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 25, 2018, at Community Church in Orange. Officiating will be Pastor Dan Brack and Brother Jacob Hryhorchuk. Burial will follow at Deweyville Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 24, 2018, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born in Port Arthur, Texas, on October 22, 1997, he was the son of Ken and Karen Hryhorchuk. Tyler was an incredibly smart young man, often immersed in video games, building his own computer, or making beats on SoundCloud. He attended high school at West Orange-Stark and Little Cypress Mauriceville, and college at Lamar State College Orange for Instrumentation. A warmth surrounded Tyler no matter where he went, often making those around him laugh with his quick wit and humor. He had a wonderful personality, bubbling with laughter at any given moment. Tyler was an awesome son, and an amazing brother. His life affected all those around him, in the best way possible, and he will be dearly missed by all those who came to know and love him.
He was preceded in death by his PawPaw, Adolph Hryhorchuk; and uncle, Chris Thon.
He is survived by his loving parents, Karen and Ken Hryhorchuk; brother, Jacob Hryhorchuk; grandmothers, Jewel Mazza and Doris Janell Hryhorchuk; grandfather, Ralph Thon and fiancé Kathy Ginn; aunts, Phyllis Ford and husband Darrell, Cindy Skinner and husband Paul, and Susan Hryhorchuk; and uncle, Eric Thon; along with numerous cousins.
