Velma “Dump” Foux was born May 21, 1927 in Polk County, TX to Henry and Myrtie Perkins and passed away September 7, 2014 in Beaumont, TX. A service celebrating her life will be held Friday, September 12, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of Claybar Funeral Home in Beaumont, TX. A gathering of family and friends will be from 10:30 a.m. to service time. Interment will follow at China Cemetery in China, TX at 1:00 p.m.
Surviving Mrs. Foux are her daughters, Catherine Foux, of Beaumont and Janelle Davis Vahdat and her husband, Shawn, of Dallas, TX; son, Lee Wayne Foux, of Beaumont; grandsons, Jason Foux, Seth Foux, Aaron Foux, Jeremiah Davis and Zachary Davis; great-grandchildren, Kacey Foux, Keeth Foux, Keelin Foux, LeeAnn Foux, Raven Davis, Trinity Davis, Tristah Davis, Noah Foux and Sophia Foux; and great-great-grandchildren, Isabella Foux and Lauren Foux. She was preceded in death by her husband, Levy “Jimmy” Foux; brothers, L. H. Perkins, Elmer Perkins, (her twin brother), and Grady Perkins; sister, Sis Arledge; and great-granddaughter, Emily Taylor Foux.
