I knew Victor in Junior high and high school. He was a very good athlete in school. I remember going to Houston to see Victor compete in a NPC bodybuilding competition. If I remember he won his weight class and the overall. I later saw him at Beaumont Methanol Corp as an Operator. And saw him through out the years around BC. He was a very competitive guy and excelled in every thing he put hi mind to. When ever he saw me he always stopped and talked. And I will miss seeing my friend around town. My condolences to his family and those whose lives he touched.
