Vivian Maurine Parsley Brown

Vivian Maurine Parsley Brown of Vidor, Texas was born March 8, 1914 and went to be with her Savior Tuesday June 8, 2010 at the blessed age of 96 years. Her legacy is richly survived and continued through her two daughters Maurine Brown Clower and Debra Brown Garcia; sons-in-law Doug Clower and Jesus Garcia; grandchildren Jody Heyroth, Jeremy Garcia, Elena Garcia Ewert, Sarah Garcia, and Bastion Kane; great grandchildren Michael Dyer, Joseph Dyer, Solomon Garcia and Gryphon Garcia; great great grandchildren Caroline Dyer, Allyson Dyer, Shelby Dyer, Ellisa Dyer and Madison Dyer, sister Dorthy Smith, brothers Frank Monroe Parsley Jr and James Raymond Parsley, brother-in-law, Frank Assunto; sisters-in-law Ruth Orr, Anita Parsley, and JoAnn Parsley, and many nieces and nephews. She has been preceded in death by her husband James Ellis Brown, her mother Sally Real Parsley, her father Frank Monroe Parsley Sr., her sisters Elnora Roberts, Pauline Assunto and Virginia McLemore, her grandchildren Virginia Maurine Dyer and Jesse Robert Heyroth. Visitation will be at 1 PM followed by services at 2:30 PM on Thursday June 10, 2010 at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery where her body will be laid to rest.
