Wanda Jean Trahan, 68, of Orange, Texas, passed away on May 6, 2018, in Orange.
Memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at MacArthur Heights Baptist Church in Pinehurst, Texas. Officiating will be Reverend Jay Thomas of MacArthur Heights Baptist Church. An Eastern Star Service will be given by Chapter 214, Order of the Eastern Star.
Visitation will be held prior to the service at 3:00 p.m., at MacArthur Heights Baptist Church.
Born in Woodville, Texas, on October 31, 1949, she was the daughter of Leon D. Bennett and Delores Raye (Keiffer) Bennett. Wanda was a member of MacArthur Heights Baptist Church, and Chapter 214, Order of the Eastern Star. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Wanda loved her family and the Lord more than anything. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Delores Bennett; her loving husband, Robert Lee Trahan; her twin sons, Robert Lee Trahan and Bobby Lee Trahan; and her sister, Ella Crawford.
She is survived by her children, Cheryl Ann (Trahan) Cionek and huband Chris, of Lumberton, and Robert Joseph Trahan, Sr. and wife Julie, of Buna; her niece, Carla Mallett and husband Billy, of Bell City, Louisiana; her siblings, Margie Smith, of Fred, Roma Fechner and husband Larry, of Baytown, Leona Callaway and husband Jimbo, of Spurger, and Leroy Daniel Bennett, of Beaumont; her grandchildren, Joseph MacKinnon and wife Beverlee, Christopher Cionek, Jr. and wife Martha, Victoria Cionek, Elizabeth Landry, Robert Joseph Trahan, Jr. and wife Jessica, and Mary Landry; and her great-grandchildren, Morgan MacKinnon, Madison MacKinnon, Jaycee MacKinnon, Ryder MacKinnon, Selena Cionek, Jeremiah Cameron, Robert Joseph Trahan, III, and Rowdy Trahan.
Cremation is under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home.
