Wesley Earl Honeycutt, 80, of Florida, formerly of Beaumont, passed away on October 6, 2018, at Vero Beach, Florida.
Funeral services will be 2:00pm, Saturday, October 20, 2018, at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont. Officiating will be Brother Travis Darsey. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas.
Visitation will begin an hour prior to the service.
Born in Beaumont, Texas, on March 3, 1938, he was the son of Byron and Elma Lee (McCaughan) Honeycutt. Wesley served in the US Marine Corps and worked at H-E-B in Beaumont for more than 20 years. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Maxine Honeycutt.
Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Milburn Honeycutt and wife, Terri of Sugarland and Donald Honeycutt and wife, Dee Dee of Sebastian, Florida; grandchildren, Katie Higginbotham and husband, Tucker, Trey Honeycutt and wife, Sadie, Matthew Honeycutt, Joshua Honeycutt, Andrew Honeycutt, and Austin Honeycutt; and two great-grandchildren.
