William “Bill” Vernon Sipes
William “Bill” Vernon Sipes, 74, of Orange, Texas, passed away on March 8, 2019, at his home surrounded by loved ones.

A gathering of friends and family will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.

Born in Orange, Texas, on August 10, 1944, he was the son of Virgil Sipes and Ann (Lott) Sipes. Bill worked as a sand blaster and painter for Brock Enterprises. He enjoyed spending time fishing, repairing fishing reels, dancing, watching Nascar, and listening to Swamp Pop music. Bill loved his family dearly and getting to spend time with his children and grandchildren. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Ann Sipes; son, Ray Reider, and brother, Tommy Sipes.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Barbara Sipes; daughters, Racheal Sipes and Amanda Sipes; and his grandchildren, Ashton, Ray, Jr., Taylor, Jonathan, Trista, Joshua, Angel, and Damien.
