Larry proudly served in the United States Army, once he returned home, he worked for the city of Orange as a chief operator for a number of years before he retired. He’d often get a cup of coffee with a friend and enjoy each other’s company. Larry absolutely loved gardening, he would pick, can, freeze and give his produce away to family. He always enjoyed the outdoors, whether it was hunting or just “piddling” around as he’d call it. Larry will be truly missed by everyone who knew him.

I look back at all the memories I have and I will cherish them forever. Larry's gardens, him teaching me how to drive a tractor. Larry's laughing at me on how excited I get catching crabs. Fish frys, crawfish boils etc. Love you Larry Rest in peace.
Until we meet again.
