Wilma Lee Henry

1941 ∼ 2026

Wilma Lee Henry

Wilma “Rusty” Montagne Henry, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2026, at the age of 85. She was born on March 12, 1941, in Orange, Texas.

Rusty dedicated 38 years of her life at DuPont, where she was known for her diligence and warm spirit. More than her professional life, Wilma was truly the "life of the party," bringing joy and laughter wherever she went. She was loved by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her and was a wonderful friend to all. A proud "daughter of the Nile," Rusty found immense joy in gardening and generously volunteered her time at the Stark House, enriching her community with her kindness.

Rusty was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Floyd Henry; her loving parents, A.H. "Bob" Montagne and Camille Montagne, and Celeste Montagne; and her dear sister, Faye Parish.

Her memory will be cherished by her daughters, Jill Clary and Suzanne LeBleu and her husband Gregg; her sons, Shawn Henry and his wife Becky, and Chade Henry and his wife June. She leaves behind a legacy of love through her nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Wilma is also survived by her brothers, Robert Montagne and his wife Linda, David Montagne and his wife Janet, and Ray Montagne and his wife Susan, along with many other loving family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

Rusty's sweet and warm presence will be profoundly missed, but the love and joy she shared will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Rosemary House, Amy Burch and staff, Jennifer Burch, Best Hospice, and Colt Dana for the wonderful care you provided to Rusty in her final days.

Condolences
