Throughout her life she traveled the world to places such as Rome, Greece, Egypt, and her special place, the Holy Lands, on many occasions.

She was self-taught and loved to play the piano and had a voice that brought comfort and happiness to those around her, even when she would yodel. As a devout Catholic she loved the Lord, and her devotion to the Blessed Mother. Wylba was a wonderful woman and will be deeply missed.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, C.W. “Bubba” Hubbard; daughter, Jan H. Eland; two brothers; and three sisters.

She is survived by her sons, Jeff Hubbard and Lon Hubbard and his wife, Kim; son-in-law, Larry Eland; six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; brother, Burnis Maac Hughes and hiswife, Jerry; and her dog, Joey.

A special thank you to Kamie Menard for the wonderful care you took of Wylba. Also, her neighbors Christina and Maria, and their children, for spending so much time and including her as their own family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Orange Christian Services at 2518 W Park Ave, Orange, TX 77630.
