David B. York, 50, of Orange, Texas died Saturday, September 18, 2010, at his residence.
Graveside service and interment will be 2:00 Friday, September 24, 2010, at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Danny Brack Jr.
Born in Brownsville, Texas on April 20, 1960, David was the son of Inelda Lopez and Phillip Leo York, Sr. David worked as a pipefitter at Brown and Root, and had a big heart and was always willing to help anyone at any time.
He was preceded in death by his father, and is survived by his mother, Inelda York; son, Case York of Groves; sister, Cynthia Childress and husband Kenneth Earl Childress, Sr., brothers; James York, Phillip York, Jr. and wife Jennifer; aunt, Rebecca Ramirez; and uncle, Robert Ramirez.
