Donald Jenkins, 45, of Beaumont was born January 5, 1970 in Orange, Texas and passed away October 17, 2015 in Cameron, Louisiana. Donald had resided in Beaumont for eleven years. He worked as a painter for Bechtel and was a US Army Veteran.
He is survived by his mother, Alice Jenkins of Beaumont; grandmother, Rebecca Hightower of Orange; brother Michael Jenkins and sister, Angelis Jenkins of Beaumont; nephews, Craig Hankerson, Tyler Graves and Corbin Jenkins Walderama of Beaumont; and niece, Alice Jeanmard Jenkins
A celebration of Donald’s life will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. in the Claybar Kelley Watkins Chapel and officiated by Reverend Michael Alfred, Sr., pastor of the Church of God in Christ. Military honors will be provided and private interment will be on Monday in the Houston National Cemetery.
