Jerry Charles Becka

Funeral services for Jerry Charles Becka, Sr., 89, will be Friday, February 3, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home. A gathering of friends and family will be Thursday, February 2, 2012 from 5:00 – 8:00 at the funeral home.
Mr. Becka is survived by two daughers, Carolyn Vogel and her husband, Arthur, of Zavalla, TX, Judy Becka Davis and her husband, Ron, of Shepherd, TX; two sons, Jerry C. Becka, Jr. and his wife, Lucrecia, of Lumberton, TX, James P. Becka and his wife D'Neece; 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A Veteran of the United States Air Force, Mr. Becka was a Corporal who served in campaigns in Italy and Africa.
