Judy Gail Henziak, 69, of Beaumont was born November 13, 1947 in Laeger, West Virginia and passed away September 13, 2017 at her home in Beaumont. She lived most of her life in Beaumont where she worked in the service industry. Judy enjoyed playing bingo, trips to the beach and spending time with her grandson, Jimmy Jack.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Doris Mullins and sister, Mary Nagy.
She is survived by two sons, Peter Henziak of Laguna Niguel, California, Jimmy Jack Henziak Sr., of Beaumont; grandson, Jimmy Jack Henziak Jr. of Beaumont; sister, Guyana Mullins Clehm and brother, David Mullins.
As she would wish, a private scattering will take place on the beaches she so loved.
