Macrina Mondragon Jaimes, 68, of Beaumont, passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at, U.T. Health North Campus, in Tyler.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church in Beaumont. Burial will follow at Haven of Rest Cemetery in Beaumont.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. with a rosary held at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Claybar Kelley-Watkins in Beaumont.
Born in Mexico, on November 30, 1952, she was the daughter of Teodolo Mondragon and Modesta (Jaimes) Mondragon.
Macrina was a caring, hardworking, devoted person who brought light into her family and friends lives. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be deeply missed by all those who had the pleasure to know her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Teodolo and Modesta Mondragon, daughters; Modesta Jaimes, Magdalena Jaimes, and son; Rodrigo Jaimes.
She is survived by her husband; Rodrigo Jaimes, son; Alonso Jaimes, daughters; Ma. Concepcin Jaimes, Lorena Jaimes, Ma. Clotilde Jaimes, Nereida Jaimes, Janeth Jaimes, 28 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Agustin Mondragon, Yolanda Mondragon, Angelica Mondragon, Sara Mondragon, Evelia Mondragon, Epifania Mondragon, Adela Mondragon, Guadalupe Mondragon, Mariono Mondragon, Areli Mondragon, Valeria Mondragon and Santos Mondragon.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jose A Aguirre, Jaimes Mercado, Platon Nieto, and Octaviano Abarca.
