Rose Anna Smith was born May 31, 1954 in Sour Lake, Texas to James L. and Delores Dale (Winters) Hazelwood and passed away December 4, 2015 at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. She had resided in Orange for the past 8 years and was a former 20 year resident of China, Texas.
Rose was a retired construction sales representative and a graduate of Hardin Jefferson High School.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Delores Hazelwood; her brother, John Hazelwood and sister, Tonya Patricia Coats.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Ross Richard Smith; son, Woodrow Coats; sister, Patricia Sanders; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the China Cemetery, in China, Texas.
